Choosing the software program that runs your entire organization is extremely important and could be your companies demise, which is why switching software programs seemed impossible and completely intimidating. We are very happy with the ValuTrac software system. We had been using the Appraisal Order System within the Encompass LOS but it was only good for ordering and receiving with no tracking allowed. Without the tracking our appraisal desk was spending more time manually tracking the appraisals then doing anything else. We had tried another system but found it to be very complicated for all parties involved. We choose ValuTrac software for the following reasons.
