Clint S. Cornett
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Clint sets the direction and oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization. Giving direction and leadership toward the achievement of the company’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives, Clint provides the vision and leadership for the company’s software products.
Nearly 20 years of real estate appraisal business operations management, and a thorough understanding of the appraisal workflow process, provides Clint the vision behind ValuTrac appraisal management software.
In 2007, Clint managed a team that assisted in the completion of 50,000 appraisals after Hurricane Katrina, thus understanding the need for appraisal workflow efficiency. Clint is also president at Appraisers Direct, Inc., an appraisal company providing residential valuations in Texas. Prior to Appraisers Direct, Inc. Clint was a senior appraiser at World Savings & Loan, the largest thrift institution (Savings & Loan) at that time.

Leon Ma
Chief Technology Offer
Leon is responsible for overseeing R&D activities, and formulating the long-term visions and strategies of the advanced ValuTrac technology. He currently manages all of the information systems including software engineering, platform development and systems integrations.
Leon is responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining the ValuTrac infrastructure, and the user-friendliness of the software is a reflection of Leon’s brilliance. Over a decade of experience in the mortgage and appraisal industry has provided Leon the necessary insight on how the technology benefits both industries.
Prior to joining Clint as Co-Founder, Leon was the Director of IT for a Dallas based mortgage banker for 5 years, and developed and worked directly with an appraisal company for 4 years building an intranet system to manage appraisal orders.
In 2001 Leon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas Christian University.

John R. Sisson
Senior Vice President of National Sales
John brings more than twenty years of mortgage industry experience to the team. Joining ValuTrac Software as the SVP of National Sales, John is responsible for driving business in both new and existing markets.
Prior to joining the team, John was with Fannie Mae, in their Component Servicing Group. Over the last two decades he has owned several businesses, including a mortgage banking firm, and has significant experience in every facet of the mortgage business.
Proving his excellent insight on customer needs from the mortgage perspective, John has demonstrated his ability to consult in a manner that provides significant operational efficiencies for ValuTrac customers.
John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of the Pacific.
